Wow. Fire and ice.
Thanks so much Chris, a happy accident in the studio. I didn’t plan for the cool purple on this set, I just had mixed too much for another painting and needed a place to use the leftover, so grabbed these yellow play stages =)
They look wintery. And yet not cold (emotionally).
Yes, the cool purple definitely cooled the scenes down, and warmed them up at the same time being complementary to the yellows. Funny thing with colors, very fascinating stuff =)
